Acceptance and eligibility

By using the service or creating an owner account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. An owner registrant must be legally able to contract and authorized to act for the named business or broadcaster.

Account security

• Provide accurate, current registration information
• Keep passwords confidential and use only your own account
• Notify support promptly about suspected compromise
• Do not bypass approval, verification, rate limits or access controls

Channel ownership and rights

Owners retain responsibility for their streams, logos, programme data, advertisements and all submitted materials. By submitting content, an owner confirms it has the licenses, permissions, privacy rights and distribution authority required for every target territory and device.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Illegal, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative or dangerous content
• Copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity-right infringement
• Malware, credential theft, hidden redirects or unsafe stream sources
• Artificial views, clicks, likes, shares, comments or advertising interactions
• Copied or low-value pages created primarily to display advertisements
• Attempts to proxy, scrape, attack or overload the service without authorization

Playback and availability

Streams are generally delivered directly from the source configured by the channel owner. Availability, quality, geographic access, CORS behavior and device compatibility depend partly on that external source. We may change, pause or remove playback without notice for security, rights or operational reasons.

Advertising conditions

Advertising must comply with applicable law, platform rules and the policies of any advertising provider, including Google Publisher Policies when Google services are used. Owners may not click their own ads, ask others to click, disguise ads as navigation, or place ads beside prohibited or unlicensed content. AdSense approval and revenue are never guaranteed.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review, reject, hide, suspend or delete accounts, channels, comments or advertisements when these terms, law, provider policy or security requirements are violated. Serious abuse may be reported to appropriate authorities or rights holders.

Intellectual property

The platform software, design and branding belong to their respective owners. A limited, revocable right is granted to use the service as intended. No ownership transfers through account registration.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss caused by third-party streams, outages, owner content, advertisements or unauthorized conduct.

Changes and termination

We may update services or these terms. Continued use after an effective update indicates acceptance where permitted. You may stop using the service; some records may be retained for security or legal duties.
